10. Region-Specific Information

Where required by local law, we may provide additional notices describing region-specific rights and disclosures. If there is any conflict between this Policy and local legal requirements, the local law will govern your rights and our obligations in that region.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the website, app, or other appropriate means. Your continued use of BudVizion after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.

12. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, you can contact BudVizion using the contact information provided on our website.

1. Purpose and Scope

This BudVizion Creator Policy sets out the requirements for creators who produce, upload, livestream, or otherwise promote products on the BudVizion platform. It applies to all creator accounts, including affiliates, brand partners, and official shop creators operating in or targeting customers located in Nevada.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To access BudVizion creator commerce features, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old if you promote cannabis or cannabis-adjacent products, and at least 18 years old for non-cannabis products, consistent with Nevada law.

  • Reside in, or be legally authorized to conduct business in, the United States and comply with Nevada law when serving Nevada consumers.

  • Maintain an account in good standing with no prior suspension of BudVizion e-commerce or creator permissions.

  • Complete any identity verification steps BudVizion requires (for example: legal name, date of birth, address, valid government-issued ID such as a Nevada driver’s license or U.S. passport).

  • Not be a government, political party, or political officeholder account.

  • Comply at all times with this Policy, the BudVizion Terms of Service, the BudVizion Community Guidelines, and all applicable federal, state (including Nevada), and local laws.

BudVizion may set minimum audience or performance thresholds (such as follower count or content quality metrics) for access to specific monetization tools or campaigns.

3. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must:

  • Present products accurately, including price, quantity, potency, ingredients, and key terms of any offer, discount, or promotion.

  • Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or unverifiable claims about product effects, including health, medical, or financial claims.

  • Comply with all Nevada cannabis advertising restrictions, including, where applicable, prohibitions on targeting minors, restrictions on depictions of consumption, and required health or regulatory disclosures.

  • Disclose any material connections with brands, dispensaries, or sellers (for example, paid sponsorships, commissions, or free products) as required by law.

  • Use only lawful and properly licensed content (including music, images, trademarks) and respect the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Ensure content is suitable for adults and never deliberately target individuals under 21 with cannabis-related promotions.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following content and activities are prohibited on BudVizion (non-exhaustive list, adapted to Nevada cannabis regulations):

  • Misrepresentation of products, including potency, strain, lab results, or origin.

  • Medical or therapeutic claims for cannabis or other products that imply prevention, treatment, or cure of any disease unless expressly permitted by applicable law and adequately substantiated.

  • Content that targets or features minors, or that appears primarily designed to appeal to individuals under 21 for cannabis-related products.

  • Depictions of unsafe or illegal behavior, including DUIs, providing cannabis to minors, or violating Nevada possession or use limits.

  • Gambling, unlicensed lotteries, or unapproved “gamified” sales mechanics.

  • Redirecting users away from BudVizion to complete transactions in a way that circumvents BudVizion’s protections or Nevada compliance controls.

  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or explicit incitement to violence.

  • Any activity that violates Nevada law, including Nevada’s cannabis, advertising, and consumer protection statutes.

BudVizion may update this list at any time to reflect changes in Nevada or federal law, or platform risk standards.

5. Compliance With Nevada Law

Creators who promote cannabis or cannabis-adjacent products on BudVizion must:

  • Comply with all applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board regulations governing advertising, packaging, labeling, consumer age restrictions, and digital marketing.

  • Cooperate with BudVizion’s requests for documentation, licenses, or other information required to verify regulatory compliance in Nevada.

  • Refrain from making claims or representations that conflict with Nevada regulatory guidance or directives.

Where there is a conflict between this Policy and Nevada law, Nevada law will govern creator obligations for content directed at Nevada consumers.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

BudVizion monitors creator activity using automated tools, human review, and community reporting to detect policy and legal violations. BudVizion may take enforcement actions if a creator fails to comply with this Policy, Nevada law, or other BudVizion terms, including:

  • Removal of specific pieces of content or offers.

  • Temporary restrictions on e-commerce features (for example: live shopping, product tagging, affiliate tools).

  • Reduction of content distribution or eligibility for campaigns and promotional programs.

  • Suspension or termination of creator accounts and associated business accounts.

  • Reporting of serious or repeated violations to relevant Nevada or federal authorities where required or permitted by law.

Creators may have access to an internal appeal process for certain enforcement actions within a specified time period, as described in BudVizion’s enforcement or appeals procedures.

7. Updates to This Policy

BudVizion may modify this Creator Policy at any time to reflect changes to platform features, Nevada or federal law, or risk and safety considerations. Continued use of BudVizion creator tools after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Streamer Influencer Policy sets expectations for individuals who host livestreams, post content, and promote products on BudVizion. It applies to anyone who promotes or sells products for brands or retailers through BudVizion’s tools, campaigns, or integrations.

By streaming or promoting products on BudVizion, you agree to follow this Policy in addition to all other BudVizion terms and applicable laws.

2. Role as a Seller for Brands

As a streamer or influencer on BudVizion:

  • You act as a promotional and sales partner for brands and retailers on the platform.

  • You must represent products honestly, clearly, and in a way that aligns with each brand’s standards and with BudVizion’s guidelines.

  • You must follow all instructions and restrictions provided by brands and BudVizion regarding product claims, pricing, promotions, and disclosures.

  • You must clearly disclose any paid partnerships, commissions, or material connections (for example “I earn commission on qualifying purchases”) where required by law.

You may not present yourself as an employee, agent, or legal representative of BudVizion or any brand unless you have explicit written authorization.

3. Professional Conduct and Brand Representation

When streaming, posting, or otherwise promoting products on BudVizion, you must:

  • Act professionally, respectfully, and in good faith toward viewers, customers, and brands.

  • Use accurate information about products, including ingredients, potency, lab results, pricing, and limitations.

  • Avoid exaggerated, misleading, or unsupported claims, especially around health, medical benefits, or financial outcomes.

  • Follow all applicable age and location restrictions for featured products (for example, cannabis or age-restricted items).

  • Respond to reasonable customer questions honestly and avoid making promises about shipping, returns, or guarantees that conflict with brand or BudVizion policies.

You are responsible for understanding the basics of the products you promote and for clarifying when you are sharing personal opinions versus objective information.

4. Content Standards

All content you create or share on BudVizion must meet the following standards:

  • No nudity or sexual content:

    • No explicit nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive content.

    • No content that focuses on sexualizing yourself or others, including implied sexual acts, fetish content, or sexually explicit gestures.

  • No hateful or harassing content:

    • No slurs, demeaning comments, or threats targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

    • No bullying, targeted harassment, or doxxing.

  • No dangerous or illegal behavior:

    • No depiction or encouragement of violence, self-harm, or criminal activity.

    • No promotion of unsafe consumption practices or behavior that would violate local law (including driving under the influence or providing age-restricted products to minors).

  • No spam or deceptive practices:

    • No fake scarcity, fake testimonials, or deceptive countdowns.

    • No misleading pricing or bait-and-switch tactics.

    • No attempts to bypass BudVizion’s ordering or compliance systems.

BudVizion reserves the right to restrict or remove content that, in its judgment, is harmful, offensive, or inconsistent with brand and platform standards.

5. Compliance With Law and Platform Rules

You must:

  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the regions where your content is viewed or where products are sold, including age restrictions and advertising rules.

  • Follow BudVizion’s community guidelines, terms of service, and any applicable brand or campaign-specific rules.

  • Respect intellectual property rights, including music, images, logos, and trademarks. Only use content you have rights to use.

If there is a conflict between this Policy and applicable law, you must follow the stricter requirement.

6. Use of Your Content and Data

By streaming or posting content on BudVizion:

  • You grant BudVizion a license to host, store, display, and distribute your content in connection with the platform’s services, promotions, and features.

  • BudVizion may use your content and related data internally to improve recommendations, safety tools, analytics, and other features, including AI and machine learning models, in line with BudVizion’s privacy policies.

  • BudVizion may showcase your content (for example in featured sections, promotional materials, or case studies) to highlight platform activity, as allowed by separate agreements or platform terms.

You retain any ownership rights you have in your content, subject to the licenses you grant under BudVizion’s terms.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

BudVizion may review content and behavior periodically or in response to reports. If you violate this Policy, other BudVizion terms, or applicable law, BudVizion may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Remove or restrict specific pieces of content or streams.

  • Limit or suspend access to live shopping, product tagging, affiliate tools, or other monetization features.

  • Temporarily or permanently suspend your account, including associated accounts or channels.

  • Terminate your participation in specific campaigns or brand partnerships.

  • Report serious violations to brands, rights holders, or relevant authorities, where required or permitted.

In appropriate cases, BudVizion may provide an internal appeal process, but some actions (particularly for severe or repeated violations) may be final.

8. Updates to This Policy

BudVizion may update this Streamer Influencer Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, or best practices. Notice of material changes may be provided through the platform, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of BudVizion as a streamer or influencer after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.

1. Overview

By shopping on BudVizion, you agree to this Buyer Policy and to all other terms and policies that apply to the BudVizion platform. BudVizion connects you with independent brands and retailers who list and sell products through the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years old to purchase cannabis or other age‑restricted products where required by law, and at least 18 years old for other products.

  • You may be required to provide certain information (such as name, address, date of birth, and payment details) before placing an order so we can verify eligibility, process payment, and comply with applicable laws.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration and payment information is accurate and up to date.

3. Role of BudVizion and Sellers

  • Products on BudVizion are listed, sold, and fulfilled by independent sellers (brands, dispensaries, or retailers). BudVizion provides the technology platform that enables those sales.

  • Product information, including price, description, shipping options, and seller policies, is provided by the relevant seller on the product page.

  • Sellers are responsible for making sure that products are as described, fit for purpose, compliant with law, and delivered as promised.

BudVizion may act as a marketplace facilitator or payment agent in certain jurisdictions, including calculating and collecting applicable taxes where required.

4. Placing Orders and Payment

When you place an order on BudVizion:

  • You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including product price, taxes, fees, and shipping (where applicable).

  • You authorize BudVizion or its third‑party payment service providers to process your payment on behalf of the seller.

  • Receipt of funds by BudVizion or its payment partners is deemed receipt of funds by the seller, and your payment obligation to the seller for that order is satisfied once payment is successfully processed.

Orders may be canceled automatically if payment is not completed within a specified time or if fraud checks fail.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Title

  • Shipping methods, delivery times, and any shipping fees are determined by the seller and displayed on the product page or at checkout.

  • Products are shipped and delivered under a shipping contract between you and the seller or logistics provider; risk of loss and title generally pass to you when the product is delivered to the carrier, unless local law provides otherwise.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for receiving the shipment at the delivery location.

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, you should contact the seller through BudVizion and, where applicable, may seek protection under any BudVizion buyer protection programs in place.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Each seller may have its own cancellation, return, and refund policies that apply to orders from that seller; these should be clearly stated in the seller’s shop policies and/or on the product page.

  • Before placing an order, you should review the product description, delivery details, and applicable cancellation/return policy.

  • If you wish to cancel an order, request a return, or ask for a refund, you must follow the seller’s policy and the procedures provided through BudVizion (for example, using in‑app order tools or support).

BudVizion may offer buyer protection or money‑back guarantee features that apply when sellers fail to ship, ship items that are significantly not as described, or do not honor their stated policies, subject to the program’s separate terms.

7. Buyer Responsibilities and Conduct

As a buyer on BudVizion, you agree that you:

  • Will only use BudVizion for lawful purposes and will comply with all applicable laws and restrictions (including age and location restrictions for cannabis and other regulated products).

  • Will review product information carefully and place orders in good faith, not for fraudulent, abusive, or reselling purposes that violate platform rules.

  • Will not engage in abusive behavior, including filing dishonest claims, making fraudulent chargebacks, or repeatedly misusing return or refund processes.

  • Will provide accurate information in any claims, complaints, or communications with sellers and BudVizion support.

BudVizion may use automated and manual tools to detect and address risky or abusive buyer behavior, which can result in restrictions on your ability to place orders or request refunds.

8. Reviews and Content You Provide

When you post reviews, comments, or other content about products or orders on BudVizion:

  • You will only post content that is accurate, lawful, and reflects your genuine experience with the product.

  • You will not post false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content, or reviews of products you have not actually purchased on BudVizion.

  • You will not solicit or post fake or “shill” reviews, trade reviews with others, or otherwise attempt to manipulate review integrity.

By posting content, you grant BudVizion a license to use that content in accordance with our terms and policies (for example, to display reviews, improve services, or for moderation).

9. Prohibited Purchases and Use

You may not use BudVizion to:

  • Purchase items that are prohibited under BudVizion’s product, safety, or community guidelines, or under applicable law.

  • Circumvent BudVizion systems by directing payment or fulfillment outside the platform to avoid fees, safeguards, or compliance checks.

  • Purchase regulated products in violation of age, jurisdictional, or licensing restrictions.

BudVizion and sellers reserve the right to cancel orders or block accounts where prohibited or suspicious activity is detected.

10. Disputes and Resolution

If you experience an issue with an order:

  • First contact the seller through BudVizion using the order support tools and provide clear information (for example: order number, photos, description of the issue).

  • If you cannot resolve the issue directly with the seller, you may be able to escalate the matter to BudVizion support or to any buyer protection program offered, within the applicable time limits.

  • BudVizion may request documentation or evidence from both you and the seller to assess the claim and may make a determination in its discretion based on the available information.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated outside BudVizion may result in additional investigation and potential restrictions on your account.

11. Changes to This Policy

BudVizion may update this Buyer Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or marketplace practices. The most current version will be available on our website or in‑app; your continued use of BudVizion to make purchases after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.

BudVizion Law Enforcement Guidelines

1. Purpose

These Guidelines explain how law enforcement and regulatory authorities can request information from BudVizion about activity on our services. They apply to all requests for user data, content, or records related to BudVizion accounts and use.

We are committed to cooperating with legitimate investigations while protecting the privacy, safety, and rights of people who use BudVizion.

2. General Principles

BudVizion handles law enforcement requests according to the following principles:

  • We require a valid legal basis and process for any request (for example, subpoena, court order, search warrant, or equivalent under applicable law).

  • We limit disclosures to what is necessary and proportionate to the stated purpose.

  • We review requests on a case‑by‑case basis and may reject or narrow overly broad or unsupported requests.

  • We strive to notify affected users before disclosing their data unless doing so is legally prohibited, would compromise an investigation, or would create a risk of harm.

Applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction govern whether and how BudVizion can respond to a particular request.

3. Types of Data That May Be Available

Depending on the services used and the nature of the request, BudVizion may hold different categories of data, including:

  • Basic account information: Display name, username, registered email address, phone number (if provided), basic profile fields, account creation date.

  • Technical and interaction data: IP address logs, approximate location, device and app information, login timestamps, basic interaction records (for example, when an account viewed or interacted with certain features) for limited time periods.

  • Content data: Videos, livestreams, images, comments, and other user-generated content hosted on BudVizion, as available and within retention limits.

  • Transactional data: Purchase and order records, product promotions, and payout records related to BudVizion commerce features, where applicable.

Availability and retention of data vary by product, feature, time period, and our internal policies, and some data may no longer exist by the time a request is received.

BudVizion requires appropriate legal process based on the type of data requested and the jurisdiction:

  • Basic subscriber information may generally be disclosed in response to a valid legal request such as a subpoena or equivalent.

  • Traffic or technical data, logs, and certain records typically require a higher legal standard (for example, a court order depending on local law).

  • Content data (such as videos, messages, or full communications) usually requires a search warrant, court order, or equivalent judicial authorization.

Each request must:

  • Identify the relevant account(s) clearly (for example, username, user ID, email address, or other known identifiers).

  • Specify the data requested and the date range as precisely as possible; overly broad or vague requests may be refused or narrowed.

  • Cite the applicable legal authority and statutory basis for the request.

  • Include the name, location, and official contact information of the requesting authority and responsible officer.

BudVizion may ask for clarification or additional documentation if a request is incomplete, unclear, or appears invalid.

5. Emergency Requests

In cases involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, BudVizion may disclose limited information necessary to address the emergency, as permitted by applicable law, even if standard legal process has not yet been obtained.

Emergency requests must:

  • State clearly that the matter is an emergency with imminent risk of death or serious physical injury.

  • Describe the nature of the emergency and why the requested disclosure is necessary to prevent it.

  • Identify the relevant account(s) and the specific information needed.

  • Be submitted by an authorized official from a recognized law enforcement or public safety agency using an official channel.

We may later require follow‑up legal process and will review each emergency request carefully for necessity and proportionality.

6. User Notification

As a general policy, BudVizion aims to notify users before disclosing their data to law enforcement, giving them an opportunity to contest or object where appropriate.

We may delay or withhold notice if:

  • Applicable law prohibits notification.

  • The request states that notification would jeopardize an investigation or legal proceeding.

  • Notification would create a risk of harm to individuals or public safety.

Once any legal restriction on notice no longer applies, BudVizion may provide delayed notice where feasible.

7. Preservation Requests

Recognized law enforcement agencies may submit a valid preservation request asking BudVizion to preserve specific records for a defined period in support of an official investigation.

Preservation requests must:

  • Identify the relevant account(s) and the categories of data to be preserved.

  • Specify the legal authority and indicate that legal process will be pursued.

  • Be time‑bound and targeted; we do not accept indefinite or overly broad preservation requests.

Preservation does not create new data and does not override existing retention policies beyond the preservation window permitted by law.

8. International Requests

Requests originating outside the jurisdiction where data is held may need to follow applicable international cooperation mechanisms, such as mutual legal assistance treaties or other established processes.

BudVizion may direct authorities to use these mechanisms if required by law or internal policy, and may decline to disclose data directly where legal standards are not met.

9. Handling and Confidentiality

Authorities that receive data from BudVizion are responsible for handling that data in accordance with applicable laws, including privacy and data protection rules. BudVizion expects that any disclosed information will be used only for the specific purpose stated in the request and protected against unauthorized access or disclosure.

10. Changes to These Guidelines

BudVizion may update these Law Enforcement Guidelines periodically to reflect legal changes, product changes, or evolving best practices. The most current version will be available on our website.

BudVizion Payments Policy

1. Overview

This Payments Policy explains how BudVizion handles payouts to influencers, streamers, and other content creators, including Nuggiezz rewards and sales-based earnings.

2. Payment Methods

  • BudVizion uses PayPal and may use Venmo and other popular payment processors to send payouts.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment account details and keeping them updated.

  • Any fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or intermediary are your responsibility.

3. Nuggiezz Payments

  • Nuggiezz payments are processed between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM Pacific Time on business days.

  • After you submit a valid Nuggiezz payment request, BudVizion usually processes the payment within 7 business days.

  • Actual time to receive funds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but payouts typically arrive within 24 hours after they are sent.

4. Product Sales Payments

  • For products sold on the site, BudVizion usually processes creator/partner payments 5 days after the underlying payment (credit card, ACH, wire, or other method) has cleared.

  • “Cleared” means the transaction has successfully settled and is no longer pending, reversed, or under review.

  • Fraud checks, chargebacks, or disputes may delay or reduce payouts as required.

5. Monthly Payment Cycle

  • Regular monthly payments are made on the 29th of each month.

  • Payments that BudVizion sends typically take about 24 hours to reach your bank or payment provider, although timing may vary.

Month-End Cutoff Rules

  • If shows or sales occur near the end of a month, payments are assigned based on when they clear, not the calendar day of the show.

  • Payments that have cleared on or before the 25th of the month are recorded and paid in that month’s payout cycle (on or around the 29th).

  • Payments that clear after the 25th of the month are included in the following month’s payout cycle.

6. Delays, Errors, and Adjustments

  • Payouts may be delayed by:

    • Incorrect payment details,

    • Compliance reviews or fraud checks,

    • Banking or payment processor issues outside BudVizion’s control.

  • If an overpayment, underpayment, or other error occurs, BudVizion may correct it by adjusting future payments or requesting repayment where appropriate.

  • You are responsible for any taxes, reporting, and legal obligations related to the payments you receive from BudVizion.

  • BudVizion may issue tax forms or reports where required by law and may request tax information (such as W‑9 or similar forms) before releasing certain payouts.

8. Changes to This Policy

BudVizion may update this Payments Policy from time to time. The most current version will apply to future payouts. Continued use of BudVizion’s monetization features means you accept the updated terms.

9. No Refunds for Minutes and Nuggiezz

  • All purchases of paid minutes and all Nuggiezz redemptions are final and non‑refundable.

  • Once minutes are used or Nuggiezz are applied, they cannot be returned, reversed, or converted back into cash or credits.

  • BudVizion may, at its sole discretion, provide free minutes or bonus Nuggiezz as a courtesy or compensation in limited cases (for example, technical issues or stream interruptions), but this does not create an ongoing right to refunds or credits.

  • Any complimentary minutes or Nuggiezz issued by BudVizion are promotional only, may have usage limits or expiration dates, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

    10. Taxes and 1099 Forms

    • All income you earn through BudVizion (including Nuggiezz payouts, sales commissions, appearance fees, and any other payments) is your responsibility to report for tax purposes.

    • You are solely responsible for paying any federal, state, and local taxes, fees, or other obligations arising from payments you receive from BudVizion.

    • BudVizion may collect tax information (such as a W‑9 or similar form) before releasing certain payouts or once your earnings reach applicable thresholds.

    • Where required by law, BudVizion will issue a Form 1099 or similar tax reporting form to the official address on record and/or electronically through your account.

    • You are responsible for keeping your legal name, address, and tax information accurate and up to date to ensure timely and correct tax reporting.

BudVizion Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

  • Orders are only shipped to U.S. states where the specific products in your cart are legal under that state’s laws.

  • If a product is not permitted in your state, you will not be able to complete checkout or have it shipped to that address.

  • We may verify your delivery address and state before confirming your order.

2. Cannabis and CBD/THC Delivery

  • CBD and THC products are fulfilled and delivered by licensed dispensaries or other authorized businesses, not directly by BudVizion.

  • Where allowed by state and local laws, CBD/THC orders may be delivered directly to your home by a licensed dispensary or delivery partner.

  • You may be required to show valid government ID and proof of age at delivery, and deliveries may be refused if legal requirements are not met.

3. Order Fulfillment and Responsibility

  • Products sold through BudVizion are listed, fulfilled, and delivered by third‑party companies such as streamers, influencers, brands, dispensaries, and other retailers using the BudVizion platform.

  • Each seller (including any BudVizion streamer, influencer, brand, or dispensary) is responsible for complying with shipping, age‑verification, and product legality requirements for each order.

  • Any issues with fulfillment, delivery, product legality, or compliance are the responsibility of the seller(s) involved in the transaction, including the BudVizion streamer or influencer that facilitated the sale.

4. Shipping Restrictions and Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or adjusted if:

    • Your shipping address is in a state where the product is not legal.

    • A seller or dispensary cannot legally ship or deliver the product to your location.

    • Required age or identity verification cannot be completed.

  • Certain products may have additional restrictions (for example, local delivery only, signature required, or in‑person pickup at a licensed dispensary).

5. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address in a state where the product is legal.

  • You must ensure you are legally eligible to receive the products you order (including meeting age and local law requirements).

  • If you have questions about shipping, delivery eligibility, or product legality in your state, you should review the product page and seller information, or contact the seller directly through BudVizion.

1. Purpose

This Policy explains how BudVizion surfaces content and ads while honoring our “Echo Chamber Promise.” We limit personalization and do not build profiles from your browsing history across BudVizion.

2. No Algorithmic Feed Promise

  • BudVizion does not use “black box” ranking algorithms to create an endless, behavior‑driven feed.

  • We do not build behavioral profiles based on your browsing history across BudVizion to decide what you see next.

  • We do not use your off‑platform activity (from other apps or sites) to personalize content or ads on BudVizion.

Where we show content in a feed, it is based on simple, explainable rules such as recency, relevance to the stream or product you chose, or manual editorial choices—not an opaque engagement algorithm.

3. Echo Chamber Promise

Our Echo Chamber Promise means:

  • You choose what you watch: what you see is primarily determined by the live streams and recorded content you tap into, follow, or explicitly select.

  • Limited behavioral inference: we avoid amplifying content solely because it keeps you watching longer or triggers strong reactions.

  • Transparent logic: when we rank, group, or highlight content, we aim to use rules we can describe in plain language (for example, “currently live,” “most recent,” “related to this stream”).

We design BudVizion to reduce addictive loops and filter bubbles produced by opaque ranking systems.

4. How Ads and Recommendations Work

  • Ads are tied to what you are actively watching or exploring now (for example, the current live stream, recorded session, brand page, or product category), not your long‑term browsing history on BudVizion.

  • We may show you:

    • Ads from the brand or retailer whose stream or page you are currently viewing.

    • Ads for similar product categories to the content you are actively engaging with (for example, other cannabis products or accessories shown during a cannabis‑related live stream).

  • We do not sell your personal browsing history or use it to build long‑term advertising profiles.

  • We do not use your broader BudVizion browsing history to target you with unrelated ads later.

5. Use of AI (But Not “Algorithms” in the Traditional Sense)

BudVizion may use AI in limited, transparent ways, such as:

  • Placing content and promotional tiles around the live stream or recorded video you are currently watching (for example, related clips, relevant offers from the same brand, or compliance messages).

  • Grouping or labeling content (for example, by product type, strain, or format) to make navigation easier.

  • Detecting and filtering harmful or non‑compliant content (for example, prohibited claims or unsafe behavior).

This AI usage is constrained to the immediate context of what you are viewing and platform safety—not to build personalized, long‑term behavioral feeds.

6. What We Do Not Do

Under this Policy, BudVizion:

  • Does not use ranking algorithms built around maximizing watch time or engagement at all costs.

  • Does not use your full BudVizion browsing or watch history to predict and push specific content or ads to you later.

  • Does not use third‑party tracking across other apps or websites to inform content or ad decisions on BudVizion.

  • Does not sell your viewing data to third parties for their own profiling or targeting.

7. Your Choices

You can:

  • Choose which live streams, recorded sessions, and brand pages to open, and your view will be driven by those choices rather than a global recommendation engine.

  • Mute, block, or hide content or brands you do not want to see again, where those controls are available.

  • Review this Policy and other BudVizion privacy and safety policies at any time to understand how your experience is shaped.
